Warranty

At Hobo Parts Brakel, we always strive for the best price/quality ratio.

All our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

What is not covered under warranty?
Wear and tear from normal use
Damage due to misuse or incorrect installation
Modifications or repairs by third parties

How does a warranty claim work?
The defective product is sent to the manufacturer with an official warranty form
Depending on the manufacturer, the process will be handled as quickly as possible
In the meantime, it's possible to order a replacement product from us
After review and appproval by the manufacturer, the purchase amount will be refunded

Deposit

What does deposit mean?
Some products, especially refurbished parts, include a deposit fee
These items have a recycling value for the manufacturer
The purchase price of the product is listed excluding the deposit, the fee is shown seperately

How does a deposit refund work?
The product must be returned in its original packaging with any accessories (e.g. protective covers)
We will inspect the product for external damage (e.g. broken connectors)
If everything meets the conditions set by the manufacturer, the deposit amount will be refunded
